General Info
- 8:30 am - 4:30 pm daily
- To allow for optimal development, groups will be separated according to age, years played, and current division/level
- Instructors are a group of experienced and knowledgeable players/coaches who have a passion for the game (Heat NRL players and coaches, past and present high-level players)
- Focus is on development, improving knowledge, having fun, and working hard!
Daily Plan (4 Days - M, W, Th, F)
- 2 ice times per day with focus on: power skating; fundamental ringette skills
- 2-3 off ice sessions with focus on: ringette / team relevant activities; teamwork, making friends, and having fun (depending on demand, higher level / oldest group will have a larger focus on working towards more competitive training mindset)
- Friday afternoon ice times will be games for all groups and sent out in advance for families to watch
Dryland Plan (1 Day - Tue)
- Gym day (mini tournament combined with games and skills sessions)
- Lunch provided
- Players are asked to bring their sticks, helmets, and gloves for this day
What to Bring
- Bagged lunch (exception on Tuesday); snacks provided daily
- Runners / athletic wear for off ice activities
- Water bottle
- Outdoor clothes
- Sunscreen
